Our purpose, according to our constitution, "is to bring together those people interested in the history of Raymore, Missouri and the surrounding area. The society's major function is to research, collect, and preserve any and all material which may help to establish or illustrate the history of the area. (The Society) will collect materials illustrative of life conditions, events, and activities of the past and the present. The Society will provide for the preservation of such material and for its accessibility, as far as may be feasible, to all who wish to examine or study it

The Rosemary Berkel and Harry L. Crisp II Southeast Missouri Regional Museum is on the River Campus of Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. This includes a history gallery, art gallery, video theatre and classroom. The Crisp Museum also has a large outreach service area covering 25 counties of Southeast Missouri, with a 38-foot walk through vehicle that has rotating exhibits.

The Museum houses vintage wine making equipment, old photographs, documents/ledgers of the 1930-40's winery era, vintage wine bottles and more. Visit the "Reel Little Theater" to view a short film that documents life in Rosati as told by those community members that experienced it.
