The Rosemary Berkel and Harry L. Crisp II Southeast Missouri Regional Museum is on the River Campus of Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. This includes a history gallery, art gallery, video theatre and classroom. The Crisp Museum also has a large outreach service area covering 25 counties of Southeast Missouri, with a 38-foot walk through vehicle that has rotating exhibits.

The Museum houses vintage wine making equipment, old photographs, documents/ledgers of the 1930-40's winery era, vintage wine bottles and more. Visit the "Reel Little Theater" to view a short film that documents life in Rosati as told by those community members that experienced it.
