The Museum has an extensive permanent collection that is exhibited in eight rotating galleries plus two changing exhibition galleries with five traveling exhibitions presented throughout the year. Diverse programming is scheduled for all ages and interest levels including, lectures, panel discussions, workshops, children's camps, film series, social activities, plays and community partnerships designed to educate and entertain.

The Tarpon Springs Cultural Center, built in 1915 as the City’s first City Hall, hosts a variety of cultural activities, including art and sculpture exhibits, live performances and films.
